RapidPure Water Filter and Bottle

The water filter in this product uses UltraCeram and OpenPore technology for protection against viruses, bacteria, parasites and more. Activated carbons instantly remove odors and improve taste. The filter can also freeze at least a few times and it won't affect its performance. The cap on this bottle also fits Nalgene bottles and the Vargo and Pathfinder stainless steel bottles so you have a truly versatile system when you own this setup. The RapidPure Water Filter and Bottle gives you similar performance to the Grayl systems but you don't have to press water through the filter and it's also lighter than the Grayl. The filter has a lifespan of approximately 75 gallons. The bottle also has a larger capacity than the Grayl - 32 oz. for Rapid Pure compared to 24 or 16 oz. for the Grayl, BTW, this system also costs at least $25 less than any of the Grayl systems. It's really hard to beat this bottle and filter for its performance, versatility and price.
